Love the steak burritos. I usually go thru drive thru. But the lady at the drive thru is always nice and smiling. She even give me an extra green sauce when I ask.

Best Mexican food we’ve found in East Chicago! Great salsas! They make their own chilea en vinagre! Carne en su jugo and cecina con nopales are some faves!

Excellent tacos, service was prompt, and as a bonus there was live music. The table side escabeche was excellent along with the salsas. Recommend without hesitation.

I love Mexican food. I grew up on it. This is one to search for real McCoy mex. A quick anecdotal. True story. I walked in and there was a small crock of a rare golden gold brown salsa. I asked if I could taste some and she smiled and said have as much as you like. The tortillas chip was still warm and I chomped a healthy measure. It was very hot and tears came out of my eye and folks were giggling and a large ice water was at hand. I laughed and said this happens all the time right! The people were very gracious and the meal was fantastic. A great place for a date if I want to impress my good taste in restaurants.

I was hungry and my craving directed me to stop here. It was the right stop. My significant other and I walked inside and were able to choose our table. We chose table 1. The menu was already at the table, so that was convenient. From the Bebidas Drinks section, they had Pepsi Products and I went with a Diet Pepsi 16oz. $2.49. The Tacos were $3.29 ea. and Served with onions and cilantro. I went with a Pollo - Chicken. The Burritos were $8.99 ea. and I went with a Chorizo - Mexican sausage. The Burrito: Served with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. We were given free chips, salsa, and limes. It was all excellent. The Diet Pepsi was smooth and tasty. I ended up ordering another one and it was just as good. The Pollo was great. It had a good amount of ingredients. The Chorizo was fantastic. All of the ingredients came together to form a spectacular flavor. I added green sauce to it that was at the table and it perfected it. I added red sauce to it that was at the table and it wasn’t too good. The service was good. I didn’t have any issues. Overall, I had a great experience here. I would definitely go again. The bench seats wasn’t the best for comfort, but the food makes up for it. I love their spicy tacos, horchata and nachos! The server was sweet and professional. Overall I give it a 5, since my bros and I had a great time dining in.
